Every person on this planet needs to eat and drink. This is an enormous need to fulfil and serving and manufacturing food and beverage products that will not cause harm to consumers is a far greater challenge and responsibility than most realise.
There are worldwide billions of establishments in the food industry serving and manufacturing food products. How do they ensure the products they serve and manufacture are safe for human consumption? This is nearly impossible to accomplish without a proper food safety system in place.
It is not only businesses who are responsible for food safety, but consumers also have to share this responsibility.
